A cheese that is moist and fudgy in the centre, that becomes more runny and elastic towards the rind with a pronounced goaty aroma. Tastes of goat butter, giving way to fruity and hazelnut undertones with notes of lemon and buttermilk.
A little heavier than most goat milk cheeses, traditionally eaten with potatoes or melted down like a raclette. Crumble it on top of salads, or smear on bread. Pair with a witbier or a Savoie white wine.
