What is a Good Cheese club?
A Good Cheese club is a monthly, hand-curated delivery of cheese, coffee, wine, or tinned fish from our shop in Toronto's East Chinatown, chosen by the people who taste everything first. No algorithm, no warehouse, no filler. Just a real counter on Gerrard East, and the best of what crosses it each month, set aside with your name on it. This isn't a subscription box. It's a table held for you.

The Standing Reservation
The big one, and here's why it matters. A standing reservation is more than a box. It's a date you keep. A reason to gather your people, open something new, and taste your way somewhere you haven't been. Cheese, wine, and something from the sea, revealed before it ships so you always know what's coming. The same date, every month. The table's already set. Built for people just getting started with amazing cheeses, snacks, and discoveries, this is the easiest way to make the good stuff a standing part of your month.

The Conservas Club
The fancy tins are having their moment, and we were here early. Rotating conservas each month, from silky olive-oil sardines to the octopus and mussels we could only get twelve of, with pairing notes for every one. Build a seacuterie board, put anchovies on toast, or just stack the pantry with the good stuff. For the people who already know.

Aperitivo Expert
The monger's cut, for the experienced crowd. This is the deeper end of the Standing Reservation: bolder cheeses, the bottles we argue over in the back, and the tins that don't make the floor. More adventurous, more allocation, more of the rare stuff we set aside for the people who want to be pushed. If you already know your way around a board, this one's yours.

Wine is what our regulars ask about most, and it deserves its own club. The bottles we fight over in the back, pulled for members before they hit the floor, with notes on what to open them with. Ontario first, with pickup at the shop. Tell us you want it and we'll build it faster.
Quick FAQ
Is a cheese subscription actually worth it?
If you love cheese and hate deciding, yes. A club gets you better product than you'd pick on your own, because the monger chooses from what's exceptional that month rather than what's familiar. You also get first access to limited runs that never make it to the floor. The math works, but the discovery is the real value.
Do I pick what's in my delivery?
No, and that's the feature. Every club is curated by the team at the shop, chosen to a theme, and revealed to members before it ships. You'll always know what's coming. You just won't have to choose it.
What does "founding member" mean?
Each new club opens with a small founding cohort, and every waitlist is capped. Founding members get in before the doors open to everyone else, lock the launch rate, and get first pick of perks and delivery dates. Once the founding spots are gone, the rest of the list moves to standby.
Pickup or delivery?
Both. Pick up at the shop at 614 Gerrard St E in East Chinatown, or have it delivered. Local Toronto delivery is fast and easy, and we ship across most of Canada. The coming Wine Club will start Ontario-first with pickup at the shop.
Can I gift a club membership?
Yes, and honestly it's one of the best gifts in the shop. A club membership is a present that keeps arriving, month after month. Reach out to us at the shop and we'll set it up.
Can I pause or skip a month?
Life happens, we get it. Get in touch with us and we'll sort out your delivery schedule. No drama, no hoops.
