Conservas Club
It's time for tins.
Portugal, Galicia, and one very large Alaskan clam.
Your September box is packed and ready. Before it goes out the door, here is the good stuff we would put on the table next to it.
Everything below comes from the shop, chosen by us to sit beside your three tins. Add what you like and it travels with your box.

Here is what is coming to you, plus a few things from the shop we think sit best beside them.
No extra shipping. Anything you add here rides along in your September box. Same delivery, same timeline, nothing separate turning up later. Just pop this code in at checkout and we take the shipping off your add ons:
Add ons close once your box is packed. Anything that comes in after the cut off has to ship on its own (the code will not cover it), and someone from the team will reach out about the additional shipping cost before we send it.
Nuri Sardines in Olive Oil with Lemon
Pinhais · Portugal
The gold standard of Portuguese conservas, with a bright citrus lift. Hand packed in Matosinhos, wrapped in paper, the way it has been done for generations. If you only ever eat one sardine in your life, make it this one.
Smoked Geoduck
Wildfish Cannery, Alaska
Pronounced gooey-duck, and yes, it is a clam. A very large one. Alderwood smoked and hand packed. Sweet, deeply savoury, and a texture like nothing else in the box.
Smoke and sherry is a very old trick and it still works.
One bottle, no notes. This is the pairing we would pour you at the counter.
Galician Mussels with Garlic and Chili
La Narval, Galicia
Plump mussels from the Galician rias, packed in oil with garlic and a bit of chili heat. Tip the whole tin onto good bread.
There are a couple of hundred more tins on the shelf, and new ones land every month. Anything you add before your box is packed ships with it.
