Faroe Islands Salmon W/ Sea Buckthorn and Lemon Verbena

Its remote location in the North Atlantic; clear waters; cool, steady sea temperatures; strong currents; and protected fjords make the Faroe Islands the perfect place for salmon. Here people have lived off the ocean for centuries and have strong traditions for respecting nature's resources. This is also reflected in high standards for sustainability in local fish farming.  

To this salmon FANGST have added a sprinkle of verbena herb and crushed sea buckthorn - a berry that grows by the coasts of the North, and is known as 'the Nordic lemon'.
