Yellow Chartreuse is a genuine rarity in Ontario — one of the world's great alpine liqueurs, made by Carthusian Monks in the Chartreuse Mountains of the French Alps since 1764. The recipe is a closely guarded secret shared by only two monks at any given time.
Its golden hue comes from 130 French herbs, plants, and flowers, all harvested and blended entirely naturally at 43% ABV. Where Green Chartreuse is bold and fiery, Yellow Chartreuse is gentler — honeyed and floral, with warm herbal complexity that lingers beautifully on the palate.
