Fatso Triple IPA

Willibald Farm Distillery & Brewery is one of Ontario's most interesting producers — a farm-based operation that brings the same attention to craft and provenance to its beer as it does to its spirits. Fatso is their Triple IPA: a big, unabashedly hop-forward beer built for those who think a Double IPA is a reasonable starting point rather than a destination.

At 9.5% ABV and packed with hops, Fatso delivers the full Triple IPA experience — intense tropical and citrus fruit, a soft and pillowy hazy body, and a bitterness that is assertive without being harsh. The name says it all: this is not a restrained beer. Drink it fresh, drink it cold, and give it the respect a beer of this size deserves. Pairs well with spicy food, aged cheddar, or the end of a long week.
