Handmade in Sao Paulo, Brazil; this bar is created using foraged cacao harvested along the Jurua River. This wild cacao is extremely rare and preserving it has become more and more important as industrial production has slowly chipped away at chocolates biodiversity. These bars are entirely handmade, producing a rich and velvety texture with notes of malt, tropical fruits, delicate florals & fresh bread.
