Whole-cluster carbonic maceration with four to six months of aging in stainless steel tanks. Vin de Soif style Gamay heavy quaffable affair, bright red cherry, raspberry but then a touch of leather and earthy umami. Could do with a little chill but serious enough to drink without.

Packages arrive between 3pm-10:30pm, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate specific delivery times at the moment. Orders placed outside of our delivery zone will be shipped through Canada Post. Canada Post delivers Monday - Friday, any estimates in delivery times made by Canada Post are approximate and are not guaranteed.
