Canton. Alpine fresh with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. Here we see brilliant golden fruit that is a common thread at the core of Jacques’ ciders. Fragrant with white flowers and airy mountain streams.Tempting to drink this quickly, but more beauty is revealed if you give it some time.This cuveé is bottled without any SO2 addition. Joyous, like that one scene in the sound of music.
