The Valentini estate in Loreto Aprutino farms its vines with obsessive rigour, harvests only in exceptional years, and ages the wine in large old oak barrels for years before release. The result is a white wine of extraordinary depth, complexity, and longevity — one that ages like a great Burgundy and rewards those willing to wait.
