Made with a base of Gewürztraminer, foraged crabapples and cherries; with apple blossoms, blue spruce tips, white pine shoots, willow bark and yarrow.

This was the first vermouth Revel made and we're pretty crazy about it. All the botanicals were foraged and are local & native. Which makes this a real expression of terroir. So what's it like?

Roses, cherries and apple blossoms come first in the aroma. Sweet citrusy yarrow is balanced by the delicate astringency of the spruce.
