Founded at the end of the Edo period. Surrounded by the mountains of Taku City, Saga Prefecture, Azumatsuru Shuzo have been brewing sake that has been loved by the local community for generations. They continue to brew "sake that you can see the brewer's face" while cherishing family ties and sublimating the thoughts of their predecessors.
The deep sweetness and umami of Yamada-Nishiki are wrapped up by the refreshing acidity of the sake's natural yeast.
Order before 10AM for same-day delivery throughout the GTA Monday-Friday! Orders placed after 10AM will be delivered next day. Packages arrive between 3pm-10:30pm, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate specific delivery times at the moment. However, if you would like a specific delivery date, simply make a note at check out and we can hold your package until the requested date.
Orders placed outside of our delivery zone will be shipped through Canada Post. Canada Post delivers Monday - Friday, any estimates in delivery times made by Canada Post are approximate and are not guaranteed.
We're also available for pick-ups and in store shopping 11AM to 7PM seven days a week.
