A small washed-rind cheese from Trenito Alto Adige, Italy. Raw cow's milk is transformed into a soft and buttery wheel that all but melts on your palate. Although it's only aged 5 weeks, the flavours have developed into an elegant, persistent and fragrant typical mountain cheese.
Pairs well with a barrel-aged white wine and Belgian beer. Enjoy with steak, on focaccia with onion mustard, or infused into your favourite recipe.
Ingredients: Raw cow's milk, salt, lactic ferments, rennet.
