Tasting Notes: Passionfruit and heavy oak on the nose, a slight saltiness, lotsa vanilla, some oak and hop tannin, a juicy candy-like acidity, and a dry finish. All these complex flavours and aromas come together to make a beer that is light and quenching with plenty of zip to it.

Details: A pale beer brewed with Ontario grain and aged in our American oak foeder with a mixed culture of wild yeast and bacteria. Standard is can conditioned and will age gracefully, but it's also a delight when drunk fresh.

Order before 10AM for same-day delivery throughout the GTA Monday-Friday! Orders placed after 10AM will be delivered next day. Packages arrive between 3pm-10:30pm, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate specific delivery times at the moment. However, if you would like a specific delivery date, simply make a note at check out and we can hold your package until the requested date. 

Orders placed outside of our delivery zone will be shipped through Canada Post. Canada Post delivers Monday - Friday, any estimates in delivery times made by Canada Post are approximate and are not guaranteed. 

We're also available for pick-ups and in store shopping 11AM to 7PM seven days a week.
