Spontaneous Sonnen Hill's first coolship beer, brewed way back in September 2018. The base beer was made with aged and fresh hops and raw wheat from Barn Owl Malt in Belleville, ON. After brewing, they let it cool naturally in their coolship and inoculate itself with the microbes in the air on their farm. The next morning they transferred it out of the coolship to start its long and slow spontaneous fermentation. It's bottle conditioned and was packaged in July 2020.
