Vichy Catalan Sparkling Mineral Water

Vichy Catalan has been bottled at source in Caldes de Malavella, in the province of Girona in north-east Catalonia, since 1881 — making it one of the oldest and most storied mineral waters in the world. What makes it exceptional, and what has made it the water of choice in the finest restaurants in Spain for over a century, is its mineral content: naturally rich in sodium bicarbonate, calcium, magnesium, and a suite of trace minerals that give it a distinctive character utterly unlike any filtered or artificially carbonated water.

The water emerges from the ground at 60°C — a thermal spring of volcanic origin — and is bottled with its own natural carbon dioxide, which means the carbonation is as integral to the water as its mineral content.
