Pet Nat Apple Wine made by letting the '21 vintage freeze outside over the winter to condense and concentrate then allowing it to spontaneously ferment as the spring temps thawed it out. Oregano and brioche with some white flowers to boot on the nose, tart and citrusy with some flashes of candy apple sweetness. Drink well well wellllll chilled with dinner on the patio.
