Snörkel is a farmhouse ale brewed with alderwood smoked sea salt and oyster mushrooms. For this batch, Jester King used golden oyster mushrooms grown by Smallhold in Austin.
The beer is inspired by the goses of Germany, but sets out to explore the curiosities of umami. Unfiltered, unpasteurized and 100% bottle conditioned.
