This is the quintessential “sitting at Riverdale Park & watching a sunset” orange wine. Somewhere Wines is a negociant wine project from Amanda Schroeder , meaning they buy grapes from other farmers and make delicious natural wines without vineyards.
This Riesling and Pinot Gris blend has been aged on the skins for 22 & 17 days, respectfully. The wine is aromatic and spicy, slightly floral with red apple orchard fruit notes. The wine has crunchy and balanced texture despite being lower ABV (10.5%).
