This singular and easy to love Albarino from a particular organic plot in Castilla La Mancha spends and incredible 178 days on skins before pressing. It is intensely aromatic with ripe apricot, fresh figs and delicate florals with beautiful structure.
The wine develops in the glass with incredible complexity and excellent length. A really cool wine that is pleasure to drink but also offers a lot to think about.
