This Sake from the Yamanashi Prefecture undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle, giving it a light sparkle. Exceptionally well-balanced with lots of maltiness, a touch of salinity, and a bit of sweetness before a long umami-fuelled finish. Despite its effervescence, this sake has a velvety texture and creaminess, with a slightly tropical flavour.
