Sardines in Olive Oil w/ Padron Peppers.

Ramón Peña chooses only finest little sardines every morning at auction. Within hours the fish are cleaned, then grilled and hand-packed one piece at a time into each tin. Whole Padrón peppers are fried, then one or two are placed in with the fish. The tin is filled with olive oil and sealed. The result is an exceptionally fresh sardine, with a tender bite and fresh Padrón pepper taste.
