Rosette de Lyon au Poivre Noir

Coated with coarsely ground black pepper sourced from the Malabar Coast in southern India, this Rosette de Lyon offers a more intense profile that its kin. Choosing to grind the pepper only coarsely allows for the consumer to truly appreciate the quality of spices most often attributed with that region of the world.
