Organically farmed grapes from all over BC: Naramata Bench, Oliver, Osoyoos, Similkameen Valley. Fermented partly in qvevri with skins, then aged on lees for seven months for texture. Serious rose with lots of nuance and character. Muscat and Gewurzt bring aromatics, spice and tannin from the Cab Sauv and Pinot Gris, and a roundness from the ripe Riesling. Grapefruit galore, strawberry tea and raspberry pastry.
