Jochen Beurer works with German Riesling which already makes him legendary to us. To add to the legend is he was among the first in Germany to fully adopt biodynamics & even cooler is he was an iconic European BMX Champion in his past life... made even cooler by his Wrangler he drives through Germany with the spare tire reading "IN RIESLING WE TRUST".
The wine is racy, vibrant, fresh, classic, dry and zippy. We get notes of lime, lemon, petrol, peach with minerality and purity at the forefront.
