Details: This beer was brewed in collaboration with Matron Fine Beer. Made with overwhelmingly Ontario sourced ingredients including malts from Mississippi Mills Malting and Barn Owl Malt as well as Comet hops from Hayhoe Hops and Prince Edward County-grown Hallertauer.
