RAMÍ Siciliane Bianco '22

COS is a winery made by three friends in southern Sicily focusing on low-intervention winemaking, tradition and the indigenous grapes of the region. They also make a killer olive oil we have in stock from time to time. Fun fact: The “O” in COS stands for Occhipinti, as one of the three friends is the uncle of natural wine superstar Arianna Occhipinti.

This is a textured and toasty orange wine made from the grapes Grecanico & Insolia in concrete vessels. This skin-contact wine stands out for having some baking spice notes such as clove at the forefront alongside notes of honeysuckle and sicilian herbs.
