A wheat beer made in attempt to capture the still, warm glow of late summer. Grains of paradise and fresh pomelo zest were steeped in the whirlpool. The beer was aged on juicy, ripe Niagara peaches - including the noyaux to impart soft tannins for balance. The nuances are soft and subtle but still distinct and thoughtful.
