Introducing Rosewood's inaugural Charmat Rosé – 61% Chardonnay, 24% Cab Sauv and 15% Cab Franc; a sparkling wine that's true to Rosewood, not a mimic. Instead of adding sugar post-fermentation, Rosewood used the wine's natural sugars to create bubbles, resulting in a “Brut Sur Nature.”
Ripe berries, bursting-ly fresh, with balanced acidity to boot. Full and ripe without being overly sweet.
