This wine is an assemblage of the entire 2021 Alsace vintage. It was a tough vintage due to mildew, the result is this beguiling and expressive bottle comprised of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Muscat, Gewurztaminer, Sylvaner, and Chasselas. This wine came together over four years as an oxidative expression with a harmony of flavours. One of a kind.
