Dirk Niepoort created NatCool because he wished it already existed.
He started it in Barreida, Portugal with the goal: make tasty affordable natural wines. (& in a glou-glou style 1L bottle)
This white wine has a slight haze to it in the glass, fresh, vibrant, and herbal with notes of bar fruit. This is linear and crushable. It is vinho verde style, having a tiny bit of bubbles to make it especially light on its feet. The finish is mineral driven, salinity and white stones.
