An experimental natural wine, named for one of the Andorfers' three daughters. Certified organic and biodynamic.
Whole-cluster Zweigelt is co-fermented with crushed Sauvignon Blanc before maceration of both skins for 14 days. Aged for six months in used French oak. Unfined, unfiltered.
Pair with roast meats, fresh seafood, pizza.
