Lilla Petnat '24

Lilla is a joyful, food-friendly sparkling rosé from Josep Foraster, one of Conca de Barberà's most respected family estates. Made from Trepat and Parellada — two indigenous Catalan varieties — it's crafted in a fresh, lightly effervescent style that captures the energy of the high-altitude vineyards it comes from.

Pale salmon in the glass with a fine, persistent bead. The nose is all wild strawberry, dried rose petal, and a hint of white peach. On the palate it's crisp and lively, with a clean, dry finish and just enough texture to hold its own at the table. Effortlessly versatile — equally at home as an aperitif or alongside a spread of charcuterie, fresh cheeses, and seafood.
