Laisse Tomber Savigny Les Beaune '25

Classic: Think familiar flavour, grapes, & places. Delicious wines built on tradition.

Curious: Same familiar flavours, but maybe some unconventional places & grapes. A little look into the unfamiliar.

Adventurous: Winemakers heading down their own path and trying new things. Still approachable an delicious but definitely starting to get a bit weird.

Wild: Here's where things get... Wild! Strange new places, a menagerie of undexpected flavours. We're pressing the envelope here.

Funky: The weirdest, wildest bottles we can find. A fever dream of flavours, uncharted waters, over the rainbow.
