Tasting Notes: Creamy and velvety paste, with a delicate walnut flavour that is more intense near the rind. The rind is washed with walnut liquor from the Distillerie du Périgord in Sarlat, and has a woodsy taste.

How we use it: Paired with a warm baguette and mixed nuts, or on a cheese platter. Pair with a Sauvignon Blanc or other Bordeaux.

Our cheese case is small and meticulously cared for. We don’t try to carry everything, but instead we scour the field for tasty and interesting cheeses that satisfy the imagination as much as they satisfy the palate. Order before 10AM for same-day delivery throughout the GTA Monday-Friday! Orders placed after 10AM will be delivered next day. Packages arrive between 3pm-10:30pm, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate specific delivery times at the moment. However, if you would like a specific delivery date, simply make a note at check out and we can hold your package until the requested date. 

Orders placed outside of our delivery zone will be shipped through Canada Post. Canada Post delivers Monday - Friday, any estimates in delivery times made by Canada Post are approximate and are not guaranteed. 

We're also available for pick-ups and in store shopping 11AM to 7PM seven days a week.
