This stunning Riesling Solera is a blend of 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 & 2021 all in one bottle.
2017/18 were blended together for one year and then 75% of the foudre (2,000 litres) were bottled. This created space in the barrel and so 2019 was added. This process continued over the years. Aged together in a 7000L foudre for 60 months.
There is a hint of vanilla on the nose which can also be found on the palate, along with liquorice, subtle raspberries and an oxidative finish. Mouthfeel is creamy.
