A subtly-sweet, fruit forward farmstead cheese studded with juniper berries. La Fermière plays well with others on a charcuterie board, and can be used as a raclette. The berries are spent from Distillerie du Fjord's km12 gin production, gently infusing the cheese with an herbal aroma as it ages for 7 months. Pair with a flavourful and round glass of wine, or a nutty ale.
