100% whole Jersey A2 milk is cultured, curdled, then hand-ladled into round molds and aged for 10 days. A slightly bloomy and delicate rind holds a rich and creamy paste with delicate flavours of butter and sweet cream.
Wonderful served with rose, or at the heart of a cheese tray. Excellent in sandwiches, burgers or in a sauce for scallops and other seafood.
