Idiazabal is a pressed cheese made from unpasteurized Latxa and Carranzana sheep milk in the Basque region of Spain. While un-smoked, it has a naturally smokey undertone, and a flavour that runs from nutty and buttery when young to dry, salty and sharp when aged. Enjoy with quince paste, cured ham, and a well-rounded Rioja.

Order before 10AM for same-day delivery throughout the GTA Monday-Friday! Orders placed after 10AM will be delivered next day. Packages arrive between 3pm-10:30pm, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate specific delivery times at the moment. However, if you would like a specific delivery date, simply make a note at check out and we can hold your package until the requested date. 

Orders placed outside of our delivery zone will be shipped through Canada Post. Canada Post delivers Monday - Friday, any estimates in delivery times made by Canada Post are approximate and are not guaranteed. 

We're also available for pick-ups and in store shopping 11AM to 7PM seven days a week.
