House of Cards is a rich balanced porter that can stand alone or accompany a hearty winter meal. Upon tasting, expect a rich creamy body with notes of honey followed by espresso and chocolate. As the porter warms, there is a mild currant flavour and the slight warmth of alcohol on the finish. This porter was fermented with a classic Pilsner yeast strain which lends a to enhancing the bright malt profile of this Porter while being clean and crisp.
