To properly explore the flavour profile of the Grey Owl we have carefully paired a wine, a jam and crackers to highlight different aspects of the cheese. A stunning Marmalade from award-winning producer Tamarack Farms, a Mosel-styled riesling from Niagara winemakers Rosewood and some delicious British crackers specifically made to be a vehicle goat's milk cheese.
