Famiglia Baldassarre's Fresh Fusilli is the weeknight pasta you'll keep coming back to — made in Toronto with soft wheat flour and water, shaped into tight spirals that hold sauce in every twist. Famiglia Baldassarre has been making fresh pasta the right way for years, and the fusilli is a staple of their range: simple, honest, and noticeably better than anything dried.

Cook it in well-salted boiling water for 2–3 minutes and finish it in whatever sauce you have on hand. The spiral shape makes it ideal for chunky tomato sauces, pesto, or a simple aglio e olio — the ridges and coils catch everything.
