Like many young producers, she began with doubts, but through thoughtful plot renovation and infrastructure upgrades, she now produces remarkably consistent washed lots of Caturro Amarillo, Bourbon, Marshell, and Catuay.
El Morito’s structure supports growth through producer-level processing and group consolidation—an ideal match for Fredesvinda’s ambition. She’s currently planning to expand into new varieties, with hopes of competing at the highest levels.”
