Natural, whole-bunch (semi-carbonic) fermentation. Three-week “infusion” without punchdowns or pumpovers. Six months of aging and malolactic fermentation in 228 and 400 liter barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, without any added sulphur. Fruit, substance and freshness in line with the style of the house.
