European hake loins in olive oil cooked in its own juice. Line caught hake purchased directly from local fish markets of the Bay of Biscay like Celeiro in Lugo, or Pasajes in Guipúzcoa. To fully enjoy the product, we recommend heating the closed can by immersing it in a container of very hot water for at least a couple of minutes, drying the can, and consuming it whole once opened.

Orders placed outside of our delivery zone will be shipped through Canada Post. Canada Post delivers Monday - Friday, any estimates in delivery times made by Canada Post are approximate and are not guaranteed.
