This is their Bensa Ethiopia — a coffee from the Bensa district of Sidama, one of Ethiopia's most celebrated and complex growing regions, where the combination of high altitude, rich soil, and generations of smallholder farming tradition produces coffees of extraordinary character.

Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee, and Sidama is one of its most compelling expressions: coffees from this region are known for their vivid fruit character, bright acidity, and floral aromatics that reflect the extraordinary genetic diversity of wild and semi-wild coffee varieties grown here. Bensa sits at high altitude within Sidama, producing beans with the concentration and complexity that elevation brings. Expect notes of lemongrass, wine gums, & barley. An excellent pour over, and facinating espresso shot.
