Made in collaboration with Good Grief in Thornbury. A base of Canadian pale ale malt, flaked corn and raw wheat - lactose is added at the end of the boil. The beer was then rested for 24 hours on Good Grief's Brazil Bom Jardim coffee beans. Any residual sugar adds a creamy mouthfeel and smooth body, and helps balance any bitterness from the coffee.
