A fresh and pure Chasselas (white grape typically found in Switzerland, but also small parcels in Chile) with delicate skin contact (4 months on skins, but no aggressive tea-like grip). This wine has a brilliant high acidity without the funk you'd expect from a "natural wine".
Expect light floral notes, citrus, white tea, and a hint of saline on the beautiful finish - all in all, a refreshing orange wine that pairs well with Raclette (yay, Switzerland!), pan seared white fish, or ceviche to honour this wine's Chilean provenance.
