This is their Los Guacharos, Colombia: a washed Pink Bourbon from one of the country's most exciting and biodiverse growing regions, named for the Los Guacharos National Park in the Huila department of southern Colombia, where the combination of altitude, rich volcanic soil, and a tropical microclimate produces coffees of exceptional complexity and sweetness.

Pink Bourbon is one of Colombia's most sought-after and visually striking varietals — a naturally occurring mutation that produces pink-hued cherries and, in the cup, a flavour profile of remarkable delicacy and fruit-forward complexity. The washed process keeps things precise and clean: the cherry is removed before drying, allowing the intrinsic character of the varietal and the terroir to shine without the added sweetness and body of a natural or honey process. The result is a coffee of extraordinary clarity — bright, floral, and intensely sweet, with the kind of precision and layered complexity that rewards careful brewing. Expect notes of blackberry, grape, and orange pekoe and a long, clean finish. Best as a pour-over or filter to capture the full aromatic range.
