Coast IPA

Slake Brewing is one of Prince Edward County’s most celebrated craft breweries, based in Picton and known for their precise, flavour-forward approach to modern beer. Coast IPA is their hazy IPA: named for the Lake Ontario shoreline that defines the County’s landscape, it’s a beer that captures the easy, sun-drenched character of a day spent near the water.

Hazy, juicy, and generously hopped, with tropical fruit character, a soft mouthfeel, and a clean, balanced bitterness that keeps it from being cloying. Brewed in collaboration with Brasserie Du Bas-Canada from Quebec,  it’s the kind of IPA that drinks effortlessly — the one you reach for on a warm afternoon, alongside a cheese board, or simply because it’s there and it’s excellent.
